Addon Support Services is Hiring an Office Assistant / Administrative Coordinator Near San Jose, CA

The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. Bi-lingual is preferred with expertise in English and either one of the following languages (Spanish, Vietnamese, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, Pashto, Sinhalese)

- Answer Phone Calls, Respond to Queries, Follow up on communication

- handle Administrative tasks of filing, organizing, attending meetings, taking detailed notes / minutes, sending out communication, Calendar maintenance and scheduling of supervisory team, follow up on assigned tasks, communication and schedules

- provide administrative and logistical support to the supervisory and management teams

- develop and set up systemic processes for intakes, calendar scheduling, team meetings contributing to overall organizational culture

- be a team player and support the team in achieving organizational progress and outcomes

- be accepting and appreciative of Neurodiversity, compassionate and caring of individuals, supporters and families that are served by the organization

- provide all logistical support to the Executive team in presentations, events and meetings

- have excellent oral and written communication skills in English

- be knowledgeable and able to use the Google Suite of services, and other DTP software

- have flexibility to work weekends when required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $19.66 - $23.68 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
