Responsibilities
The University’s San Jose Campus Admission and Office Coordinator sits at the center of the campus, offering a platform to learn about, and assist with the various student and faculty services functions of the university:
· assisting admissions and interacting with new students
· receiving guests in person and on the phone
· managing the office.
We are seeking a candidate who enjoys multi-tasking, and greeting and assisting people in person, on the phone, and via email.
You value professionalism, excellent service, integrity, compassion, teamwork, and have a positive attitude. You have excellent people and computer skills, are accurate and detail oriented, have excellent communication and writing skills, can perform duties on your own without supervision for periods of time and have good references.
We offer a positive environment where highly experienced faculty, leaders in their healthcare specializations, offer the highest levels of education and clinical training in acupuncture, Western medicine and Chinese herbal medicine, and where dedicated students are learning Traditional Chinese Medicine to become Licensed Acupuncturists and Herbalists.
The position is full-time and part-time may be considered.
