Summary: The Human Resources Staffing Administrator is responsible for administration of human resource activities including recruiting and hiring, new employee onboarding, management of the performance evaluation process, development and maintenance of job descriptions, training coordination and curriculum management, compliance and other reporting, special projects and other assigned duties.
The Human Resources Staffing Administrator meets goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to hiring manager and new employee satisfaction; continuous HR process improvement; responsiveness to issues, culture and employee well-being, compliance requirements, and employee and leader training.
Essential Job Duties are performed with strict adherence to Maiker standards, policies, and procedures, and to local, State and Federal laws and regulations. Other duties may be assigned.
