**This position is contingent on contract award.
Manage a team of 100 IT support personnel to provide 24x7x365 global operations to meet user IT and solution needs. The PM will ensure the effective and efficient accomplishment of all assigned projects under this contract. The PM will provide the necessary framework, process optimization, coordination, and governance to ensure the success of this effort. The PM establishes the program plans, structures, processes, schedules, reporting requirements, communication channels, and quality control functions necessary to achieve objectives. Specific program management goals include:
The program manager must be capable of effectively coordinating logistics, planning, and addressing all escalated issues. The program manager is responsible in meeting service level agreements and contract deliverables/reports.
Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing. Most positions require ability to work on a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time. Computer activities include reading, reviewing and analyzing information, as well as providing recommendations, summaries, and reports in written or verbal format. Additionally, positions require ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; as well as speak and hear.
Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
