Front Desk Receptionist
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems and software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in project coordination or order entry is a plus
- Familiarity with dental office operations is an advantage
