Description
ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Help Desk Technician requiring a Public Trust located in Lakeland, FL (Zip Code : 33811).
ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.
In this role, you will be responsible for Serves customers and assists with a variety of functions related to computers and software.
When customers experience technical difficulties or desire technical services, they contact help desk technicians to answer questions and / or diagnose technical problems.
Technicians provide step-by-step solutions to the caller.
As the Help Desk Technician, you will join a multi-functional team providing IT Support Services within a Federal Agency.
Daily duties will include providing phone, email, web, and in- person support to users in the areas of email, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract.
You will serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware / software, all types of computer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems.
