Action Behavior Centers is the leading provider of ABA therapy services for children on the Autism Spectrum. Founded in Austin, Texas, we are looking for a top-notch webinar marketing coordinator who wants to deliver exceptional webinar experiences that align with the core ABC values and feature respected autism influencers or ABC staff.
A successful candidate will have a knack for creating engagement, an inquisitive approach, and a desire to develop messaging for a campaign across multiple marketing touchpoints (email, site, text, social). This candidate should have a strong desire to learn more about marketing automation, marketing best practices, and webinar marketing. The ideal candidate is ready to get their hands dirty tracking down the perfect collaborators while also working with the team to create a message that lands well with our autism parents.
What you’ll do:
● Create engaging and informative webinar content with guidance and support from the team
● Seamlessly coordinate collaborators and our teammates to execute amazing, engaging webinars
● Work with Creative to develop landing pages and Operations to optimize those landing pages in Hubspot
● Measure and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, Hubspot Analytics, UTMs, and other resources as needed – translating data into insights into improvements
● Desire to create and understand A/B tests in an omnichannel environment
● Comfort working across multiple channels and projects with guidance from the Director
● Innovation and ideas - we’re not set in our ways and are growing out our webinar approach
● Excitement to work in a multi-touch campaign across more than 5 channels

Who you’ll work with:
● The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and works regularly with other members of the Growth Marketing team (e.g. creative), external ad agencies, and ABC teammates in clinical roles (e.g. Clinical Directors) and operational roles (e.g. center Operations Managers)
Who you are:
● Interest in healthcare, specifically autism and ABA therapy
● 1-3 years of digital marketing experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
● Hubspot certified or willing to become Hubspot certified within 60 days of starting
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field from a leading college or university
