Description:
- Scope and prioritize project requests
- Creates and maintains R to L project timelines aligning with requested milestones from internal customers
- Works with Center of Innovation to track progress and create Gate Reviews
- Participate in development of optimized processes supporting Advanced Manufacturing and the Centers of Innovation
- Ensure deliverables from other groups are identified and communicated
- Create a visual process flow to help other understand the overall vision
- Communicate timeline, gates, KPIs effectively to all stakeholders
- Work with internal customers on communication expectations, cadence & content
- Utilize tools such as FMEA and RASCI and finance models to help align resources and goals

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years project manager in product development or manufacturing environment
- 1 year experience with Agile project management methods
