Construction Manager for Data Centers

Responsibilities:

• Typical task breakdown and rhythm - 20% meetings, 50% schedule/coordination, and 30% onsite awareness safety.
• Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods equipment performance product quality or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems analyzing production quality control and maintenance to detect production problems.
• Hire train evaluate and discharge staff and resolve personal grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Skills:

• Verbal communication skills attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Work independently and manage ones time.
• Knowledge of design techniques tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans blueprints drawings and models.
• Project management and construction management.

Education/Experience:

• 5 years of experience in construction field with construction and project management.
• Bachelor's degree is required, preference for construction management or related field.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience with data centers.
