JLL is Hiring a Solution Integration Manager Near Atlanta, GA
What this job involves: This role will lead the data analytics for an innovative financial service account by defining and implementing consistent BI processes, tools, and technology,exploring innovative digital solutions. The Solution Integration Manager will have 2-3 direct reports and have the following required tech stack - SQL, Alteryx, Cloud, and Databricks.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Work closely with multiple business SMEs to identify and prioritize data needs, determine value drivers for the business, translate business needs to data requirements, and lead your team to deliver BI solutions.
Create roadmaps and action plans that rank and track key BI deliverables, business values created, as well as data related quality improvements and risk mitigations.
Help the team trouble shoot complicated issues.
May need to perform BI tasks if team is short on capacity.
Maintain Team's playbook to document critical processes, achieving internal consistency and business continuity.
Lead or partner with other teams and follow best practices to carry out cloud migration, tool catalog, data literacy, data governance, etc.
Promote creative data visualizations, reports, tools, and dashboards to derive actionable real-time insights from business data pertinent to the audiences.
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or evidence of expert skill in BI, data science, computer science, econometrics, operations research, statistics, Information Management, or related analytical field.
3 years of management experience or in a lead role that oversees the success of multiple data initiatives in a client-facing environment.
7 years of hands-on BI, business, or data analytics experience, ideally in an enterprise environment across multiple application systems and business functions
4 years of SQL, advanced SSRS experience - experience developing complex queries.
Demonstrated ability in being the SME/Analytics leader in migrating from an on-prem tech stack to a cloud environment or digital transformation project in a similar scale.
Having a broad understanding of the Corporate Real Estate business
Certification in BI software tools (SQL, Alteryx, Databricks, Tableau, etc.) and/or an impressive public portfolio of BI-related content such as Tableau Public.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize team performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures. Foster a lean and continuous improvement culture.
Leverage advanced tools (Data Science, Gen AI, etc.) and explore Innovative approaches to deliver data insights and improve customer experience in consuming data insights.
Able to understand Databricks, Alteryx or R for statistic modeling.
Ability to manage and train the team to take BI project deliveries through the development lifecycle: including requirements analysis, managing project stakeholders, and managing development through to production, training, go-live, and phasing in of support and maintenance structures.
Reliable and inspiring individual capable of motivating the team to execute multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced remote environment.
Experienced with Agile methodologies and framework.
Estimated compensation for this position is: $90,000-$110,000 base bonus
