About this role:

As an Integration Consultant at Cognira, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of our retail SaaS solutions for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include providing data consulting services and developing processes to deliver quality data outcomes for our customers. You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams to define customer data requirements, identify and manage risks, develop tooling, and standardize processes.

What you will do:

• Provide transparency around data requirements and issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on customer-data related matters.
• Identify, assess, and manage data-related risks in collaboration with project delivery and internal teams.
• Define and document customer data requirements in client-facing deliverables and internal deliverables.
• Develop repeatable processes and lightweight tooling to deliver quality data outcomes for customers.
• Standardize customer data requirements.
• Adhere to data security best practices before, during and after client engagements.
• Communicate and collaborate on changes across all teams at Cognira.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in data consulting or a related role.
• 1-2 years experience with relevant data technologies such as ETL tools, APIs, scripting, etc.
• Strong understanding of data management and data security principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Even better if you have:

• Knowledge of data governance principles.
• Experience working with retail or SaaS solutions.
• Experience with Jira or similar work management tools.
• Certification in data management or related field.
