Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction management, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation - Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality - Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process Skills: - Strong knowledge of contract management and project management principles - Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, ProCore - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role - Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
