Description:

We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent with 5 years of experience working for a general contractor for commercial healthcare projects. This person will be responsible for project schedules and site management to ensure project completion.

Requirements:

* BS Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, OR relevant industry experience

* 5 years of experience in commercial construction as a superintendent

* OSHA 30 Certification

Qualifications and Skills:

* Preparing expense reports outlining cost estimates for suppliers, material, labor and other related costs

* Collaborating with Project Managers, clients and other management personnel when determining budgets and timelines

* Coordinating deliveries of material and equipment with suppliers and vendors

* Creating schedules for workers and subcontractors

* Maintaining a daily log of construction site operations and identifying any gaps or areas that need to be addressed

* Implementing techniques and strategies that are both efficient and cost-effective
