Job Description
As Construction Project Estimator you are part of our production team and the last line of customer service. Your obsession with providing a Five Star customer experience will allow you to help our customers complete their crisis project. We want to create raving fans at the end of a project just as we started the project. Your skills at detailing the reconstruction needs and communicating critical information while keeping it organized and the project moving forward effectively sets you apart. Communication with Field Project Managers, Coordinators, Insurance Adjusters, and property owners are key to keeping projects moving along on budget and on time.
As a Construction Project Estimator, your ability to learn quickly and desire to be a team player will be on display as you learn to support the production team.
Qualifications

Proven customer service skills/ experience REQUIRED
Experience writing Xactimate Estimates
Experience and knowledge of construction
Must be able to read and write fluently in English (Bi-lingual Spanish a plus)
Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
**must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen**
