• Responds to consumer/customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution regarding the organization's products and services before, during, and after a transaction, in accordance with the organization's service standards.
• Will be assigned tasks and work following established procedures; uses existing, clearly defined procedures to solve routine problems.
