Job Summary: 401(k) Retirement Plan Administrator - This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and immediately make an impact to the overall success of the company. A 401(k) Retirement administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan. This position requires a team member with retirement administration experience of at least 3 years. Responsibilities: Acrisure 401(k) Plan support Maintain the company's 401(k) plan in compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records by coordinating with payroll and third-party administrators to ensure smooth funding of EE/ER contributions, loan/hardship administration, and other relevant processes. Employee Communication and Education: Coordinate employee orientations and educational sessions on the 401(k) plan. Manage the enrollment process for new employees. Support ongoing communication to employees about plan features, and updates. Serve as the primary contact for employee 401(k) plan inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. Ensure that plan documents are up-to-date and in compliance with current ERISA regulations. Audit Support: Prepare and provide support for internal and external 401(k) plan audits. Work with auditors to address any inquiries and ensure a smooth audit process. Contribution and Compliance Testing: Support team with annual testing, including non-discrimination and contribution limit testing, to ensure plan compliance. Address any issues identified during testing and implement necessary corrections. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on plan performance as needed, participation rates, and other relevant metrics. Education and/or Experience: Associate’s degree or recognized equivalent of education and experience in a related field such as business or HR. Knowledge of state and federal regulations around retirement plans and ERISA. Preferred Workday payroll system experience. Proficient in Microsoft suite and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required (data entry and formatting, formulas and functions, data sorting and filtering, tables and lists, pivot tables and pivot charts, data validation, conditional formatting, advanced formulas, importing and exporting data.)
