Job Summary: The Technical Training Team (T3) at Acrisure is responsible for providing Acrisure employees the technical training they need, when they need it, and how they need it to succeed in their functional roles. The Coordinator – Technical Training is responsible for planning and coordinating learning events, compiling data and feedback from learner surveys, and supporting the Technical Training Team with various needs. This position will be located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Responsibilities: Plans, coordinates, and oversees logistics for all in-person learning events Prepares and sends learner communications Monitors Technical Training group inbox and serves as initial point of contact for general email inquiries Updates and maintains SharePoint pages and training resource repositories Serves as support for LMS Administration, including pulling reports, adding attendance records, and assigning courses as appropriate Proofreads and provides continuity checks on created training solutions Designs graphics and images that support the creative engagement portions of training solutions Compiles data and designs reports based on learner experience surveys and feedback Monitors budget for Technical Training team This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified at the discretion of management.
