Day to Day:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or technology sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong market knowledge and ability to identify customer needs
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Proficient in using software applications for presentations, emails, and reports
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
