```Duties```

- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Conduct legal research
- Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain client files, both physical and electronic
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys
- Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist in the preparation of trial materials and exhibits
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, filing, and photocopying

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Proficiency in using document management systems and legal research tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading legal documents
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and terminology
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of legal drafting techniques is a plus
