The Human Resources Generalist will provide human resources support to employees and leadership of ACE Surgical.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of performance management processes and tools
- Familiarity with workforce management systems like Kronos is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
