Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drafts legal documents according to judicial procedures.
- Assist our Consul and team with legal documentation
- Take notes to prepare summaries of statements and judicial proceedings
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files
- Develops and maintains records regarding billable hours
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Researches and analyzes to support legal proceedings
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods and other related matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
