These duties are not all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned at any given time based on business needs.

• Provide professionalism and efficiency in orchestrating high levels of inbound and outbound calls.
• Determine urgency of customers’ needs and delegate to proper department and/or person for completion.
• Monitor the delegated work and keep in contact with the customer to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction, recording details of all activities.
• Coordinate the everyday scheduling needs of assigned service technicians.
• Correspond with hundreds of contract customers to ensure outstanding PM appointments are current and profitable.
• Handle customer complaints, address as needed or escalate to necessary supervisor.
• Facilitate seamless transition to dispatcher when primary dispatcher is unavailable.
• Preserve high integrity culture by maintaining honest communications with customers and team members.
• Create invoices, complete orders, receive payments and prepare deposits daily.
• Assist in maintaining inventory, including purchase orders, and receiving.
• General administrative duties.

Requirements

• Strong moral principles, valuing integrity and compassion.
• Ability to multi-task several different processes and still execute at a high level of detail.
• Extensive experience with Outlook, Excel, and texting applications.
• Working experience with accounts receivables, invoicing and deposits.
• Desire to dig deep and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
