Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional custo mer service and driving sales in our retail store. Must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday from 11-6. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Sell products and services to customers in a professional and engaging manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and concerns
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently for cash handling and transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and positive customer experience
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and keep track of sales targets
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to actively listen and address customer needs
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing
- Ability to upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
