Responsible for performing administrative functions that include distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies.
Assisting with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance.
Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer any inquires or direct calls to appropriate departments.
Schedule in-person and virtual meetings.
Maintain office memos and information postings.
Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copying/scanning machine, personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel).
Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills
