The Marketing Communications team shapes and activates strategies and programs that advance the brand, growth, and talent goals for Accenture Federal Services, a leading US federal services company and subsidiary of Accenture LLP. Your Role:

You'll join our Portfolio Marketing Program to support execution of an array of marketing activities in service of our client-facing account teams. Together, you’ll help account teams support client relationship development efforts by bringing the best of Accenture Federal Services, Accenture, and our partners to our clients and their business and mission needs. Your work will cut across numerous channels: events, web, social, content, sales enablement, and more. Reporting to a Portfolio Marketing Senior Manager, you will work closely across the marketing team to support internal stakeholders aligned to multiple client portfolios, requiring solid communication skills and the ability to roll up your sleeves and jump into projects. This position provides extensive exposure to all sides of marketing and provides opportunities to work directly with business teams to understand government client and marketplace priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with other Marketing team members and external vendors to help bring campaigns and activities to life.
• Drive projects forward through project management and execution, activity tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage a mix of outreach and engagement activities in collaboration with account team, business development, and other business stakeholders.
• Travel occasionally to support on-site event set-up and execution.

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Based in the Metro DC area.
• 2 years of Marketing and Communications experience in a professional services, technology, or similar field--either military or civilian
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Project management experience
• Work both independently and team seamlessly with others

• Demonstrated ability to execute a range of basic marketing activities.
• Comfortable problem-solving and executing multiple priorities and quick turn requests.
• Ability to navigate multiple processes and workstreams.
• Excellent people engagement skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting--either military or civilian

Set Yourself Apart:

• US Federal government industry experience or exposure preferred.
• Familiarity or interest in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

• California: $73,400 - $139,600
• Colorado: $$73,400 - $120,600
• New York: $65,000 - $139,600
• Washington State: $78,200 - $128,300
