THE ROLE

We are out looking for a CRM / MA specialist to develop and maintain customer loyalty through digital marketing and engagement strategies. This is a hands-on role and you will on a daily basis perfect our communication including newsletters and automations / flows through A/B tests. You will be working with both our US sites as part of both the CRM team and the US market team.

Marketing Automation and Customer communication

Develop and execute email marketing (or any other channel) campaigns that engage and communicate with customers. Create personalized communication strategies to retain and re-engage customers. Including ownership of the automations / flows corresponding to the customer lifecycle (e.g. welcome and reorder automations). Responsible for sending out newsletter emails. Analyse, segment and create proper A/B testing to optimize CTR and transactions generated by the email channel.

Core KPIs will be:

  • Email Open Rates / Click Through Rates
  • Email attributed sales
  • Email list growth etc.

Will also support the US market in improving:

  • Retention rates / Churn rates
  • NPS score
  • Life-Time Value
  • Channel engagement
  • Loyalty program metrics
  • Referral metric

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

Customer experience optimization

Lead and manage all channels that touch the customer after the first order. Strive to generate a life-long customer and continuously improve loyalty and higher retention rates. Understand the customer journey, propose what to do, and execute, to make every customer loyal.

  • Proven experience working with Marketing Automation Tools (e.g. Klaviyo). Estimated 2-4 years of experience.
  • Proven experience of working with customer life cycle automations as well as A/B testing methodologies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Love e-commerce.
  • You know what generates good results through digital communication and effective marketing activities.
  • Have familiarity with the FMCG/CPG industry and online retail.
  • Are a confident project manager who drives your own work forward.
  • Like structure and order and are used to a fast pace in an entrepreneurial and changing culture.
