The Benefits Analyst will play a critical role in administering employee benefits programs and ensuring that the workforce receives comprehensive and competitive benefits packages. They are responsible for the coordination of communication with employees, managers, and benefit vendors. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of benefits administration processes. This role reports to the People Operations Manager.
