AC Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk is Hiring a Bar Manager Near San Antonio, TX
Winston Hospitality is looking for an experienced Bar Manager for a BRAND-NEW dual Marriott property, AC Hotel & Element, with a Rooftop Bar located in downtown San Antonio, TX.
FUNCTION:
Administrates, manages, and controls the operation of Banquets and Food & Beverage division.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To achieve marketing, sales, profitability, and quality service goals for the restaurant by executing marketing strategies, providing quality service to the customers, and employing leadership and managerial skills effectively.
- Monitors the performance of the restaurant through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems and financial reports. Initiates corrective action.
- Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints.
- Teach, implement, and reward employees in utilizing their empowerment to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Accommodates group bookings by adhering to proper banquet techniques.
- Utilizes leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximize associate productivity and satisfaction of direct reports.
- Interviews, hires, orientates, and trains qualified applicants.
- Completely direct the operational efforts and strategies of all restaurant outlets.
- Maintain fair and consistent counseling and/or disciplinary procedures in accordance with Winston Hospitality’s Handbook.
- Continually develop innovative programs and incentives to maintain our competitive edge.
- Assure consistent maintenance of corporate F&B policies and Procedures in all front-of-the-house operations.
- Assures full adherence to forecasted productivity ratios by approving all weekly schedules.
