Joey's bar San Antonio, TX is looking for one BAR LEAD / BARTENDER to join our team. We have been a St. Mary's Street staple since 1988. We are located at 2417 North St. Mary's St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining an immaculate bar.
- Taking care of patrons in timely manor.
- In charge of drink menu and execution.
- Ordering and inventory.
- Scheduling staff.
- Overseeing all staff including bartenders, cocktail servers, and kitchen staff.
- Training staff.
- Build relationships with customers.
- Drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bar management experience.
- TABC and food handlers certified.
- Friendly and personable.
- Efficient bartender.
