Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Marriott standard customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences

- Properly ID guests who appear under the age 60

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure all supplies are fully stocked

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately

- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints

Experience:

Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting

- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques

- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Understanding of food safety regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
