A leading manufacturer in the commercial construction industry is seeking an individual for a Territory Sales Manager position. 50-60% travel requirement from your home based office covering the Rocky Mountain Region - CO, UT, WY, NM and AZ. Qualified individuals will be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work independently, with 1-2 years of outside business to business sales experience a bonus. This position is full-time with a base, plus commission with residual commissions, sales incentives, company vehicle, and benefits.
Salary and commission structure commensurate with experience.
Duties include:>Provide activity reporting(CRM), monthly projects reports and sales forecasts.>Develop and implement semi annual strategic sales plan to accommodate corporate goals.>Write specifications with Engineers and Architects.>Review market to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates.>Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product.>Deliver sales presentations to key clients.>Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.>Continuous search for new products and markets.
