The Opportunity 

Core Responsibilities 

• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor policies and programs
• Use project management skills to complete assigned tasks according to project plans, timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Provide administrative support to project teams, including assisting with the coordination of presentations, meetings, and conferences
• Participate in meetings with clients and other external partners by telephone or in person and take meeting notes and prepare summaries
• Conduct literature reviews using internet-based search techniques and research databases
• May support qualitative data collection by, for example, scheduling telephone interviews and site visits, helping to develop data collection protocols, taking interview notes, and helping to code and summarize interview data
• May code, collect, clean, and manage quantitative data and perform statistical analysis, modeling, simulation, or simple forecasting using standard statistical packages, such as R
• Assist in quantitative analysis and data-oriented tasks
• Contribute to written deliverables to include drafting memos, report, meeting read-outs, technical assistance tools, and interview and focus group protocols 

What We Value

• High School Diploma Six years of relevant experience, or Associates Degree Four years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research approaches.
• Interest in public health or healthcare policy
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities under deadlines
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CMS facility clearance
• US work authorization and residence in the US for the past seven years

The position offers an anticipated hourly rate of $23-$24 per hour. Salary ranges may vary by ten percent depending on the candidate’s geographic location. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
