Position Overview:

We’re looking for an innovative, detail-oriented Senior Manager, Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who collaboratively consults with the Growth and Digital Marketing teams as well as the wider campaign team to support strategic and tactical campaigns while improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, programs, and infrastructure. Leading the implementation of company-wide strategic transformation activities and strategic imperatives, the marketer will report to the Vice President, Corporate and Product Marketing. S/he will oversee a small team that consists of a Marketing Operations and a Digital Marketing Manager (covering Search Engine Marketing and Account-Based Marketing).

You will have the opportunity to work within an experienced, motivated, tight-knit Marketing team and drive meaningful results with their efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure, and technology that will support and improve the operations of the Marketing function
  • Ensure a tight interlock is in place between Marketing and Sales Operations on all customer journey planning, allowing for a trial/test and learn ecosystem to exist
  • Monitor and analyze process performance (SLAs) and identify conversion trends across the sales funnel and subsequently make recommendations for how to address or improve
  • Audit use of marketing technology stack with an eye towards continually improving how the tools are configured
  • Lead discussions with various internal stakeholders to automate processes around event and content engagement, making those processes repeatable and scalable; therefore, increasing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Direct efforts to assure data cleanliness in the various systems, merging like records, researching causes of bugs to correct processes
  • Enforce database quality, ensure GDPR / CASL compliance
  • Build smart lists in marketing automation tool to aid in geographic and account-based marketing efforts
  • Oversee the creation of email templates to be used by both Marketing and Sales, working in tandem with the Design team to ensure email templates incorporate best practices and meet all brand guidelines
  • Supervise all project management aspects of email campaigns, including ensuring all dependencies (i.e., images, copy, audience lists) are completed within specified timelines

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years’ experience in B2B marketing environments
  • Expert proficiency in Marketo and/or HubSpot, Salesforce.com, and integrating those systems with other technologies
    • g., Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Drift, Salesloft, Outreach
    • Experience as a Marketo, HubSpot, or SFDC admin a big plus
  • Experience with Digital Marketing programs; specifically, SEM and ABM, a plus
  • Architected an efficient self-service for marketers across a diverse automation toolset, including but not limited to SFDC, HubSpot, and an optimized demand process methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to recommend improvements based on stakeholder requirements and drive them through to execution
  • Excellent program and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Process and quality orientation with attention to detail, highly analytical, innovative, motivated, and organized
  • Excellent communication skills in English: verbal, written, presentation.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Team player with strong sense of urgency
  • Flexible and willing to do "what it takes" to help the company getting the job done
  • Experienced leader who has successfully led smaller Marketing Operations teams in the past
