Overview: Our Night Cleaner supervisor s the champion of cleanliness and takes pride in leading our Night Cleaner Team in maintaining an impeccable appearance for our customers establishments. This is a great opportunity to provide amazing service while working at one location each night We are off Billy Graham Parkway. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, honest and reliable.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Picture yourself being the Night Cleaner and having the opportunity to:

• Lead and assist a professional team of Night Cleaners while promoting a fun work environment.
• Provide training and overall direction to the Night Cleaner Team, geared towards efficient and effective service.
• Be responsible for the overall cleanliness of each store common spaces dining area. Provide floor care, high dusting, cleaning the bar area each night, wiping down equipment and all surfaces.
• Motivate, coach and retrain employees as necessary with an emphasis on quality work.
• Perform inspections and walkthroughs regularly.
• Perform Nightly Cleaning Task
• Manage employee time and attendance and assist with scheduling
• Responsible for inspecting work to ensure things are done with excellence.
• Interface with customers and set priorities and scheduling

Qualifications

• Supervisor or leadership experience
• Ability to Manage projects.
• Experienced in using floor machines.
• Great communication skills
• Worked previous third shift jobs before preferred but not required.
• Able to pass a background check
