Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel or resort. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct the night audit process by verifying and balancing entries
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process payments and maintain financial records accurately
- Ensure the security of the property during the night hours
- Prepare reports summarizing the day's activities and financial transactions

Skills:

- Experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Proficiency in using hotel phone systems and other communication tools
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is preferred
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
