We are currently looking to hire Full Time custodian supervisors to join our strong team. This position is located near the west side of Charlotte NC minutes from Billy Graham Parkway and the Charlotte Douglass Airport. The supervisor will be in charge of providing professional and janitorial services to our customer base ensuring that the building, facilities and public spaces stay healthy and sanitary. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working, honest, dependable and accountable. Military background is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the below duties.

• Assist in providing janitorial services to the various facilities we support.
• Provides training and supervision for custodial staff for the purpose of promoting efficient practices.
• Conducts meetings as needed for the purpose of disseminating information to custodians.
• Monitors safe working practices and safety programs for the purpose of ensuring efficient practices and promoting proper working habits.
• Research and tests new custodial methods, supplies and equipment for the purpose of improving custodial services.
• Works cooperatively with administration, other staff and custodial staff in evaluating site needs, developing custodial cleaning schedules and recommending equipment and supply needs for the purpose of providing efficient services.
• Perform weekly and daily inspections of the facilities.
• Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action.
• Manage cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Mange all floor equipment and keeping floors up to standard.
• Communicate effectively with customers, leadership and staff.

Qualifications

• Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired.
• Able to work flexible shifts if needed.
• Experience in floor care and floor machines
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to pass a background.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
