As a Product Manager at Above Lending, you will be responsible for devising product strategy, prioritizing the product roadmap, partnering with technology and overseeing the execution of high-impact initiatives.

You will

• Create, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap in order to drive business goals
• Lead product execution from vision through delivery and iterating on next steps
• Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize business performance and user experience
• Conduct market research and gather customer and employee feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development
• Develop product requirements and specifications, and work with design and engineering teams to deliver projects on-time and with high quality
• Analyze product and business performance as well as customer and employee feedback to make data-driven decisions about product improvements and inform the product roadmap
• Ensure that products meet regulatory and compliance requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or similar (quantitative)
• Experience querying product data using SQL
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and concise messaging
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• 3 years product management experience
