Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Specialist 

This role requires occasional travel within the state of Florida.We are seeking a professional and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) with a demonstrated track record in high-volume healthcare recruiting. In this role, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with skilled nursing facilities in Florida to develop and maintain ongoing relationships and partnerships with hiring managers, candidate pools and third-party vendors to deliver candidates for their various hiring needs
  • Be responsible for keeping job postings in iCIMS and other external websites updated and accurate
  • Responsible for basic candidate screening and coordianation of all nursing candidate interviews
  • Plan and attend facility and local job fairs, develop partnerships with local schools/colleges 
  • Deliver sourcing strategies to proactively identify candidates and generate a diverse pipeline of talent for open positions through traditional and modern technology methods with a sense of urgency

Qualifications

  • Four or more years of progressive work experience in healthcare staffing, preferably in long-term care
  • Experience developing and executing creative/innovative sourcing solutions using a variety of methods 
  • iCIMs applicant tracking system experience a plus
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products and other software to support sourcing tools and techniques including social media
