The Opportunity!
At Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, as a Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting of all positions in the assigned area. Major duties include attending job fairs and community events, assessing staffing needs, building relationships with hiring managers, generating candidate pipelines, networking with multiple employers, driving recruitment via social media, and following federal, state, and/or local employment laws regarding recruiting.
