Job Requirements:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing support to complete the full recruiting and onboarding life cycle of an employee.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting support:

  • Track advertisements on job boards, college resource centers, websites, etc.
  • Coordinate resume review and assist Corporate Recruiter with schedules for interviews
  • Update compliance tracking logs – resumes, interviews, and new hires.
  • Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements for interviews.
  • Respond to candidates following an interview process
  • Initiate new hire tracking
  • Update weekly open positions list
  • Career Fair Support

Backup Support for the onboarding process:

  • Coordinate pre-employment testing (skills, background check, DMV, and Drug Testing)
  • Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of personnel documents for new employees
  • Update HR Tracking Log
  • Update employee files

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Good writing and verbal communicative skills
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime.
  • Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience and/or National certification from the Society of Human Resources Management preferred
  • 1 years of human resources experience; with a good understanding of HR practices needed.
