Summary:

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and efficient individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct client calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Process and track client payments
• Provide administrative support to the Client Services Manager
• Ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle stress and resolve conflict
