Fabulously Clean House Cleaning is Hiring a Client Relations Coordinator - Full Time Near Boise, ID

We are now hiring Full-time Client Relations and Sales Coordinator to join our wonderful family!

We have fantastic staff that work hard, play hard, and go above and beyond for our clients.

This position answers the phone, provides phone quotes to prospective clients, convert leads to sales, schedules initial jobs, inputs data, and delivers exceptional customer service to our customers. From the top down, we are a company that takes pride in our company culture which carries over into our day-to-day work! We LOVE our clients and are extremely motivated in taking the company to the next level.

Job Requirements

  • Current Sales Experience preferred
  • Current Customer Service experience preferred
  • Ability to learn new software with little oversight
  • Ability to pivot at a moment’s notice
  • Problem solver without oversite
  • Can-do Go-Gettum attitude
  • Upbeat and helpful phone voice
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Technologically savvy: including gmail, Google produces, and how to navigate the computer / phone
  • Helpful: 2 years Sales experience
  • Helpful: Experience with Infusionsoft/Keap
  • Helpful: Experience with Jobber (CRM)
  • Helpful: Experience with Sales in the house cleaning industry
  • Helpful: Experience Microsoft office (Excell, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Description:

  • Be the first point of contact for all future clients and team members. So you must be good on the phone.
  • Monitor emails where quotes are delivered and call lead within 3 hours of being received
  • Fabulous time management
  • Track and know all numbers required by this position
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Sales and Schedule all new clients
  • Follow up on all leads
  • Be prepared for and arrive 5 minutes early to Level 10 Meetings
  • Input Client data into all software systems that we use.
  • Daily interaction with current client – future clients and our Rockstar Cleaning Techs
  • Follow up with clients after their first cleaning.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals!
  • 3 shout outs to our cleaning techs per week – different person each week
  • Follow up with quality concerns with empathy and understanding and notify OM.
  • Follow all Company Procedures/Processes/Policies
  • Check phone messages when the Admin is out.
