We're looking for an extraordinary doer (noun: doer; plural noun: doers;a person who acts rather than merely talking or thinking) of all things to help coordinate patient-care from the front desk of our family medical practice.

Patient Care Coordinators (PCC) are the first and last interaction patients have with our office. PCC's maintain a positive tone for each patient visit, control the care flow, and are key facilitators of communication between patient's and staff.

As a highly valued member of our team, you'll be relied upon to:

• Answer and return phone calls
• Schedule patient visits efficiently
• Greet patients on arrival
• Check patients in/out
• Collect payments

Ideal candidates should be comfortable with computers, able to multitask, well spoken, and have a love of helping and serving people.
