AAA-USA Inc is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Little Rock, AR
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their workforce needs and develop job descriptions and specifications that align with business requirements.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively networking, attending industry events, and engaging with aerospace manufacturing professionals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide assistance to internal and external customers.
- Assists with efforts as needed in terms of filing, research, etc.
- Assists in New Hire Employee Orientation.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years in an office environment including customer service experience
- Effective communication skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the aerospace manufacturing industry or a similar technical field.
- Ability to assess technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit of candidates.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
