A-Tex Pest Management Inc. is seeking for a Customer Service Representative/Scheduler to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues must live in Travis, or Williamson county.
Responsibilities:
Ability to handle high call volume and multi task
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Technician Routing & scheduling
Qualifications:
Experience with pest control scheduling & routing software (Fieldroutes preferred)
Previous experience in the Pest Control or similar service industry
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize, multitask and field a large volume of calls with Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail self pride and accountability, independence & desire to excel and advance.
Proficient Typing Skills
Bilingual a plus but not mandatory
Experience with Microsoft Office
