We are now looking for a Sales TALENT!

At A-Max, our Sales Representatives can seek their full potential where the value of their customer service delivery will never go unnoticed, with lots of career advancement opportunities and unlimited income potential.
Outside Sales Representatives connect customers with comfort through simple heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades, or whole system replacements.

Our Representatives can expect:

- Working with warm leads provided by out prospecting team
- Opportunity to earn $60-$100k per year, with uncapped commission opportunity
- After training, you will earn a draw or commission on a weekly basis.
- Sales Training provided by in-house Learning & Development team.
- Training including but not limited to technical, sales, safety, leadership, systems training.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience selling residential services in home.
• HVAC specific experience is preferred.
• Ability to commute to the office in Kendall
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Drivers license
