Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our retail store. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and train retail staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling
- Assist with wireless sales and provide product knowledge to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and goals

Qualifications:
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Previous experience in supervising or managing a retail team
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in using cash registers and basic computer applications
- Multilingual abilities are preferred but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
