Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success - Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns - Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits - Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the construction process Skills: - Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices - Proficiency in using construction management software (e.g., HeavyBid, Primavera) - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications - Experience in budgeting and cost control for construction projects - Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong leadership abilities to supervise and motivate construction teams - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols on job sites - Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects.
