COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED – Our Clients Company is a highly successful Design Build/General Contractor that has been a Metroplex and National leader in Industrial and Commercial construction since 1977. Their expertise includes Office, Commercial and Industrial projects and with an emphasis on the transportation industry including trucking, automotive and aviation facilities in DFW, throughout Texas and across the country. By specializing in these niche areas of design, bid and construction, they are better able to understand their clients’ needs and operational goals.

Our client is currently seeking experienced “traveling” Superintendents (bilingual a plus). Commercial construction experience is required and a positive, innovative, teamwork attitude is a must. Only qualified candidates in the commercial construction industry will be considered.

Most employees are based in Dallas and work on projects in and around the Metroplex. You must possess the following:

Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect, and contractor.

Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods.Strong communication skills & leadership ability.Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and/or Suretrak, Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction-related software.Construction degree a plusMust currently reside in the United States.Must include project list when applying
