This person would run the office, staffing, hiring and Marketing until 300 hours are being billed.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with Home Care Marketing or Operations experience to assist the absentee owner in Marketing to the community and driving in senior clients. Marketing to Assisted Living,Skilled Facilities, Home Health and Hospice Agencies, in Surrounding Areas of Farmington hills and Detroit, Must be able to work with little supervision, have an understanding of Home Care Operations as well.

Some Staffing Required

Salary Negotiable for an experienced Marketing Person; with contacts.

.. Knowledge of the Senior Market is required. Working with the Owner to create a great company, assisting in Hiring and orienting caregivers, and Creating company culture.
